For over 30 years, Moon Valley Animal Hospital has been providing quality pet health care as an owner-operated practice.  The hospital is located in a free-standing building on the southwest corner of 19th Avenue and Thunderbird Road in northwest Phoenix, Arizona.  There is easy access from 19th Avenue at the Safeway driveway.  We are a full-service veterinary facility with on-site laboratory and radiology services, dentistry, surgery and hospitalization care.
